A Blanc de Noirs coming from only Pinot Noir grapes, a real trademark of Bailly Lapierre.

	Perlage Fine and persistent perlage.

	香气/花束 Extraordinary notes of lemon peel, apple compote and toasted bread.
	味道 A certain creaminess opens to a fresh, lively, satisfying taste, whose structure is supported by a perfect acidity. Long and very pleasant.

Pairing

Excellent as an aperitif, the Pinot Noir Brut of Bailly Lapierre accompanies very well complex preparations based on fish, appetizers and first courses. Try it with an oyster risotto.
