Continuing my adventure, the choice to become a producer asked me before the need to increase the hectares under production, so in 1981 I bought a small piece of broom (which is produced by Barolo Ginestra Ciabot Mentina). In 1990, another plot (always in the Broom area) called PAJANA (from which Barolo is produced Pajana) and in 1995 the plot called MOSCONI (Barolo PERCRISTINA).
With the desire to promote the Piedmont region, in particular the Langhe, in 1990 together with other producers of Barolo and Barbaresco, Moscato and Roero I contributed to the creation of an association called Lange in order to create a force to disseminate the best wine produced at high levels in total respect for nature and traditions. Currently 18 manufacturers are working together to be an important reference point in Italy and around the world for wine enthusiasts.
