Château Ferran, located in the heart of the AOC Pessac-Léognan, in the Bordeaux region, belonged to Montesquieu, oenologist and philosopher, owner of the domain in the eighteenth century. Château Ferran benefits from a terroir that has continued to produce red and white wines. The constant renovation work of the Chateau vineyards and the renovation of the cellars carried out in recent years were quickly rewarded with numerous medals and good scores by French, British and American journalists.
The work in the vineyard, the removal of the buds, the peeling, the thinning, the hand harvesting, the organization in the vineyard and in the cellar, to select and assemble the best matches, have allowed Chateau Ferran to develop a second softer wine with the name of Château de Belloc.
