历史 |
The Moscato Rosa vine is a very ancient vine, probably of Greek origins. Diffused in Dalmatia and Istria, from here it would then come to Tyrol, and then in a few areas in the province of Alexandria, especially in Tortona. The name seems to derive more from the primary pink aroma that characterizes this aromatic vine, which is not the color of the berry, which is actually black-blue. It is part of the Moscati family, aromatic vines whose name derives from muscum, moss, whose characteristic aroma is found in the grape and probably corresponds to the Greeks' anathelicon moschaton. The grapes have a marked aroma and high content in geraniol and are mostly vinified after drying, to obtain sweet and / or liqueur wines. |
