This champagne is the most perfect expression of the Company's style, a rare Comtes de Champagne Blanc de Blancs, which expresses great care and attention. A wine which follows strict production criteria that result in low-production volumes. Comtes de Champagne Blanc de Blancs is made exclusively from Chardonnay grown in the five villages of the Côte des Blancs, classified as Grands Crus: Avize, Chouilly, Cramant, Mesnilsur-Oger, Oger.

Fine and delicate.

Colour

Golden with greenish hints.

Bouquet

Fine and delicate, in combination with white flowers and a slight minerality with light notes of pear and sultanas, finishing with hints of aniseed.

Flavour

Vibrant, with a combination of lemon and saltiness. This is immediately followed by a sensation of complex, yet mellow freshness creating the perfect balance between ripeness and a full-rounded flavour. It has a long-lasting, crisp finish with hints of salted butter.
