It is born from the union of the three varieties allowed in Champagne production, from vineyards of over 40 years cultivated according to organic and biodynamic agriculture principles. This Champagne Brut Nature "Pacifiance" is the result of a cuvée obtained by assembling aged wines according to the soler method - the same used for Sherry and Madeira - followed by a long ripening on yeasts. A Champagne that relaxes the soul and mind inviting to taste.

Straw yellow with good intensity.

Fresh and pleasant nose offering sensations of lime, pear, lemon grass, white grapefruit and chalk.

Flavour

A good volume of wine at the sip with a long and persistent finish.
