A real challenge: Gewürztraminer and Semeillon assembled in equal parts for the creation of an atypical passport for Sicily. The intensely aromatic notes of the Gewürztraminer marry perfectly with the excellent structure of Semeillon; everything is backed by perfect acidity.

Baltic amber.

Bouquet

Warm and intense olfactory impact with candied fruit, date and peach in syrup, blossom in bloom and honey, brackish effluvi embellished with buttery nuances and toasted nuts.

Flavour

Very hot and sweet, it is made agile by the fresh savory binomial. Closure of infinite persistence with richly spiced candied echoes.

Pairing

At the end of the meal, it is combined with desserts made with cream and ricotta. Great with a plate of grassy cheeses.
