Aristocratic and reserved, it is a sweet and dynamic nectar of extraordinary persistence, sophisticated and graceful, fragrant, to be tasted alone, in one's intimacy, safe in the knowledge that it is an elegant, authoritative and sensual companion, never intrusive.

Deep gold yellow tending to amber.

Bouquet

Refined fragrance of orange blossom honey, candied orange peel, dried figs, dates, and peaches, perfectly in combination with subtle evocations of laurel, lemongrass, marjoram, sage, oregano and oriental spices.

Sweet and fragrant with extraordinary persistence. This wine is the expression of the sun of Sicily with delicate nuances together with hints of sea and fruits. It is a perfect wine to be enjoyed by itself.

Pairing

It perfectly pairs with the most common desserts such as apple strudel, baked raisins, Catalan cream, puff pastry with vanilla mousse, nice tart oranges, and lavender ice cream. It is also excellent with foie gras and herb cheeses.
