The name “phileo” derives from Filomena, the woman who significantly contributed to the evolution of the Falkenstein farm, and is seen as a model for our future generations. This wine is a tribute to the mother of Franz, the current owner. |

Fermentation in barrique barrels, storage in French barrique barrels (12 months) and steel casks (5 months). |

Followed by bottle sedimentation (31 months). |
