Emidio Pepe Pecorino 2014
Marche native vine, widespread especially in the Piceno area, the Pecorino is the last born in the house Pepe. What results is a wine of great depth and tactility, whose concrete maturation seems to soften the features more sharp. Impeccable and unexpected debut, which leads immediately to the variety and, most importantly, the company stamp.

Colour

Intense straw yellow.

Bouquet

The nose surprises for depth and fabric: floral and fruity notes chase each other and blend with herbaceous notes in a fascinating one. In the mouth it is material, fresh, satisfying.

Flavour

It taste alive, long and multifaceted, highly tactile and balance. It ends with an unforgettable finale to finish.

Pairing

Excellent as an aperitif, the Pecorino is Emidio Pepe wine that goes beautifully with velvet and vegetarian soups.
