Bouquet

Refined and elegant, this wine offers whiffs of citrus fruits. Raspberry and strawberry aromaslift from the glass, ending on a mineral note.

Flavour

Tense vibrancy and focused acidity fill the palate while this tastes citrusy and salty. The lenghty finish closes on a floral note.

Pairing

Harvest	Middle of September.
Vinification	Pressing, maceration of the skins for 3/6 hours, cold decanting and subsequent tapping; fermentation with selected yeasts at 18 °C.
Ageing	On its lees partly in barrique and partly in steel for at least 6 months. Several months in bottle.
Allergens	Contains sulphites
