Cantina Sorbara Lambrusco di Sorbara Omaggio a Gino Friedmann

At the beginning of the 1900s, Gino Friedman was a great driving force behind the development of Modena's agriculture, promoting the renewal of cultivation techniques, combining new technologies with tradition. He understood the importance of aggregation among farmers and joined the nascent cooperative movement, creating the Cantina Sociale di Nonatola on 24 October 1913, and promoting the construction of the Federation of Social Wineries in 1922. Forced in 1938, due to racial laws, to stop his activity, he resumed his activity on his return from exile in Switzerland until his death in 1964.
