A nose which reminds you of strawberries, raspberries, plumbs and cherries.

Flavour

On the palate its full strength unfolds, full-bodied and velvety. Compared to the Pinot NeroRiserva the Vigna Zis is even more concentrated, full-bodied and spicier.

Soil composition	The sandy clay soil, the wind from Lake Garda and the afternoon sun provide the perfect conditions for the vines.
Vinification	The selected grapes, picked as late as possible and when fully ripe, are fermented in a large wooden barrel.
Ageing	The biological acid reduction follows, the wine is put in tonneau for at least one year using two production methods, new and second tonneaux.
