Typical classic Trentino sparkling wine obtained from selected cuvées of Chardonnay cultivated in the hills of Trentino at altitudes between 450 and 600 meters above sea level.

	Perlage Persistent froth and very fine perlage.
	Colour Straw yellow with greenish nuances just hinted at.
	Bouquet Intense, complex, fine and fruity bouquet; mineral with delicate notes of bread crust.
	Flavour Savoury, pleasantly fresh, balanced and well-structured.

Pairing

Excellent as an aperitif and with fried shrimp or escalope Leghorn style.
