Cabernet Sauvignon finds in Bolgheri the best cultivation conditions thanks to the different types of soil and microclimate. Precisely for this reason it has been selected as one of the three main grapes of the denomination, which when it comes to full ripeness, expresses itself with great vigor and elegance.

The combination between mature and silky tannins and the spicy freshness gives this wine balance and pleasantness. Lingering aftertaste with intense aromas and a fresh spicy finish.

Fits to a little of everything, especially antipasti of sliced cold meets and cheeses, excellent to pasta with meat or vegetable sauces. Also suitable for grilled or short-fried meat.
