Description

We have been making wine form the most representive aromatic western Sicilian variety since 2005.

The grapes give us a wine with a complex aormatic web: jasmine, orange blossom and litchis open the path to basil and rosemary scents, candied ginger is hidden in the background.

The sip gets along with the style of our withes: salty and refreshing.

It is perfetct as "aperitivo", but can also stand some dishes with a thicker strucutre such as Asian cusine or roasted fishes and red tune bottarga.
