Production technique Every season offers ephemeral moments bursting with flavors to share with those around us. Roku Gin celebrates these moments using six Japanese botanicals from each of the four seasons picked at peak freshness. In Japan, this appreciation of seasonal flavors and nature at its apex is known as "Shun". The delicate combination of Sakura flower and Sakura leaf from spring, Sencha tea (green tea) and Gyokuro tea (refined green tea) from summer, Sanshō pepper which ripens in autumn and Yuzu peel from winter captures the essence of Shun in a bottle, inviting you to savor the seasons all year round.
