Description

The history and the charm of the place inspired the concreteness and the passion of the project. Franciacorta Cuvée Lucrezia Black Label is the emblem of the excellence of Castello Bonomi, 5 bunches on Bibenda 2014, Oscar del Vino 2014 and 3 Bicchieri on the Gambero Rosso Guide 2015. The most awarded Franciacorta in recent years and 10 years after the harvest!
Cuvée Lucrezia Black Label Castello Bonomi is an exclusive Franciacorta, obtained from Pinot Noir in purity. Maniacal care, great experience and patience are the keys to the success of this Franciacorta: minimum 70 are the months that Cuvée Lucrezia Black Label passes on the lees in the bottle before disgorgement.
Franciacorta Cuvée Lucrezia Black Label is the emblem of the excellence of Castello Bonomi, a niche production that raises to the highest levels the typical choices of our estate and winery to exemplify once more what joy Castello Bonomi knows how to express under the skies of Franciacorta thanks to the extraordinary longevity of its wines. Which guides Castello Bonomi transforming an enchanted place into a dynamic business reality in which wines of superior quality are produced. The philosophy of Castello Bonomi places above all things a deep dedication and a great passion in producing Franciacorta, which is constantly manifested in the inflexible choices to create a Franciacorta with a sublime flavor and unique style. The secret art of the chef de cave expresses the ability of a master to work with his work: wine. From soft pressing to winemaking, from assembly to tirage, from froth to remouage and finally to dègorgement, a very long process where time and passion play a decisive role.

Origine From the oldest vineyards of Castello Bonomi - located at 275 meters above sea level - is born an exclusive Franciacorta, obtained from Pinot Noir in purity. The cuvée is produced exclusively in great vintages, in which the ripeness of the grapes reaches a balance that ensures longevity and perfect harmony.
Rendement par hectare 50-60 q/Ha
Récolte For this Riserva, the harvest was carried out in the second decade of August, with meticulous selection of the bunches, from this vintage comes a savory wine with a great structure of extreme elegance.
Technique de production Only the must is extracted by soft pressing. Vinification takes place with the help of cold techniques. Every precaution is put in place in order to obtain uncompromising quality. The wine makes the first fermentation and after 8 months of rest on the lees, it is ready for the assembly and the sparkling. A very long aging on the lees is the key to the success of Franciacorta Castello Bonomi Cuvée Lucrezia Black Label, which matures for a minimum of 70 months before disgorgement. After the dégorgement it rests for a further long period in order to achieve perfect harmony.
Vieillissement If properly conserved, it maintains and even improves its quality characteristics over time. To fully enjoy it, it is advisable to let it rest in the glass a few minutes before consumption. After all these years in the bottle, there's no rush ...
