The balsamic aroma of juniper and black pepper balances the smoky hints, followed by a slight herbaceous note from thyme and rosemary with a flavour that is distinctly reminiscent of caldron.

Gusto

Goût

The smokiness of the malt also makes its way onto the palate, supported and balanced by a spicy part given by cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg.

Servir à :

12 - 14 °C.

Eaux-de-vie/Gin (à tulipe)

Accords

In the finish the smoke returns with a persistence of woody notes enhanced by the tonic, but which also go very well in a Negroni Cocktail.

My name is Andrea Pellegrini, I am 31 years old and I am a small/medium entrepreneur from Brescia who works in the automotive sector. For a few years now I have been passionate about the world of spirits, especially Gin, and having a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to get involved, in October 2019 I decided to try to create my own Gin, from the recipe to the label!
