Chardonnay Aquileia, a still white wine from Friuli-Venezia Giulia, 13% ABV, produced by Valpanera. 100% Chardonnay. 0.75 L bottle, 2023 vintage. A wine born from a family's passion for the region and excellence. Cryomaceration followed by temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. On the nose, it is buttery and fresh with aromas of apple and white peach. Straw yellow with greenish highlights. On the palate, it expresses a decisive and balanced complexity, with pronounced aromatics and savory flavors, offering a velvety sensation. A wine that pairs perfectly with fish and white meat dishes.
