Floral and fruity aromas on the nose pave the way for a pleasant and savory palate. Golden straw yellow in color. On the palate, the wine is pleasant and savory, with a freshness that invites a second sip.

From this winery

Since the 17th century, the land, the vines and the passion have been passed down from generation to generation. Marine and Gervais, our paternal grandparents, sold the estate's wines in Feuillette (132-litre barrels, typical of Chablis) in Auxerre and Paris.

Roland was the first to bottle the wines in 1979. It was at this point that he gave the estate its name. Joined by Brigitte, our parents then expanded the estate to 20 hectares and developed bottle sales in France and abroad. Read more
