Description
What type of wine it is
Sancerre Silex by Raimbault Noel et Jean Luc is a still white wine from the Loire Valley made from Sauvignon grapes. On the palate, it reveals a round and fruity profile, balanced by a citrusy finish that provides a pleasant freshness. Excellent to serve straight away, it elegantly accompanies aperitifs, shellfish, fish dishes and traditional Chavignol goat's cheese.
Origin
This label comes from the famous Sancerre region, a territory of excellence in the Loire Valley. The wine's identity is linked to the flint soils that infuse a precise mineral character. The interaction between the vine and the soil promotes an authentic and balanced expression, in full consistency with the terroir of origin.
