Description

Still white wine from Alto Adige DOC, 14% ABV, produced by Pfitscher. 100% Sauvignon. 0.75 L bottle, 2022 vintage. A Sauvignon Blanc Riserva that expresses the excellence of a family-run winery since 1861. After maceration for approximately six hours before pressing, fermentation takes place (70% in small oak barrels and 30% in steel barrels) at a controlled temperature of 18°C. Aged on the lees for 16 months in oak and steel barrels, followed by several months in bottle. Straw yellow. Aromas with mineral hints of flint and absolutely clear fruit. On the palate, it presents great depth, precision, and a decisive and persistent aftertaste.
