A still white from Burgundy, produced by Hubert Lignier, 13% ABV, 2022 vintage. A wine born from the passion of Hubert and Laurent Lignier, who manage 9 hectares and produce 24 wines, respecting the vineyards and soils of their great terroirs. They have been using organic protective treatments since 2011. Floral aromas on the nose, accompanied by fruity notes, herald a highly elegant palate. Straw yellow with golden highlights, the wine is fresh and savory on the palate, with a pleasant finish that invites another sip.

The duet father and son Hubert and Laurent Lignier manage 9 hectares and make 24 wines (Bourgogne, village, premier and grand cru appellations). Our vineyards are ploughed sinced 1990s, excluding weedkiller and insecticides. Our “climates” and great terroirs’ soils are firmly respected in order to favour microorganism and therefore the essential balance for the vine’s growth.
