Where it comes from
This wine originates in Piedmont, at the heart of the Colli Tortonesi area, the prime region for Derthona. It is produced by Valli Unite, a historic agricultural cooperative founded in the 1970s, which manages over one hundred hectares under organic farming. The sustainable approach of this Piedmontese enterprise promotes a deep harmony with the surrounding ecosystem. Respect for the land translates into a clear aromatic profile, faithfully reflecting the pronounced mineral and citrus imprint typical of its native terroir.
How it is produced
The Timorasso grapes, sourced from organic farming, are vinified with the utmost care to preserve the integrity and purity of the fruit. Careful processing and targeted ageing give the wine a solid and harmonious structure. Characterised by excellent ageing potential, ranging from three to five years, this white guarantees a remarkable evolution over time. As the years pass, its flavour progression gains even greater depth, highlighting its long persistence and characteristic almond aftertaste.

The idea came from the dream of the 3 founders, who wanted to subvert the system that, at the time, forced people to leave their land uncultivated; this idea has continued to grow thanks to the many people who have come together over time and who share their vision and values, laying the foundations for a place that continuously seeks a balance between tradition and innovation.
Today, Valli Unite cultivates, organically, over 100 hectares of land. It manages an agritourism with three apartments, a restaurant, a camping area, a food shop and transforms cereals, grapes, hay and flowers into products that respect the environment and the people. Read more
