Alto Adige DOC aromatic still white wine, 15% ABV, produced by Cantina Terlano. 100% Traminer Aromatico. 0.75 L bottle. A wine made by one of the most progressive producer cooperatives in Alto Adige, founded in 1893. The bouquet of this aromatic Traminer selection has a refined structure, with tropical and exotic notes of grapefruit, lime, lychee, and orange, enriched by intense aromas of candied rose petals and ginger. A pale, sparkling golden yellow in color. The fruity aromas that continue on the palate make this aromatic Traminer extremely pleasant. Dry thanks to the classic vinification process, it is complex, yet also salty and smooth.

For more than a decade, the Cantina Terlano has represented excellence in wine production in South Tyrol. Founded in 1893 in the town of Terlan, the Cantina Terlano is one of the most pioneering enterprises not only in South Tyrol but in all of Italy, to the point that it is regarded as a symbol of cooperation in the winegrowing sector. Consisting of no less than 143 members, a total of 165 hectares of vineyards are cultivated, with an annual production of more than a million bottles. Xtrawine offers a wide range of Terlano wines, featuring only bottles from the best vintages of 2016 and 2017 that pair perfectly with shellfish, cheese, meat, pasta and fish dishes. Terlano produces high-quality red and white wines made from grape varieties such as: Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer, Schiava, Pinot Bianco, Müller Thurgau, Pinot Grigio, Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc, Torilan and Lagrein. An attractive combination with the sweet and sour dishes typical of Asian cuisine, grilled scorpion fish or swordfish, and pink-roasted pigeon breast as well as squash gnocchi with walnuts and Alba truffles with a balsamic vinegar dressing: It is also ideal with rice pudding with cinnamon, and with mild blue cheese, like mild gorgonzola.
