From this winery
Since the 17th century, the land, the vines and the passion have been passed down from generation to generation. Marine and Gervais, our paternal grandparents, sold the estate's wines in Feuillette (132-litre barrels, typical of Chablis) in Auxerre and Paris.
Roland was the first to bottle the wines in 1979. It was at this point that he gave the estate its name. Joined by Brigitte, our parents then expanded the estate to 20 hectares and developed bottle sales in France and abroad. Read more

| Wine making | Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks to control the temperature and obtain maximum finesse and precision of the aromas. |
| Aging | Maturation lasts 12 to 15 months and takes place 65% in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and fruit and 45% in barrels. The barrel ageing gives the wine complexity and depth. The blending with the part in vats allows us to find the ideal balance for each cuvée every year. Bottled by us on our estate. |
