A still white wine from Collio, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, 13.5% ABV, produced by Paraschos. 100% Sauvignon, 2022 vintage. A Sauvignon Riserva that expresses the soul of Collio, with meticulous vinification and 24-month aging in Slavonian oak barrels. The winery, founded in 1998 by Evangelos Paraschos, follows the ancient winemaking traditions of Collio and the Vipava Valley, with a particular focus on environmental protection. Direct pressing of whole bunches, spontaneous fermentation in Slavonian oak barrels. Bottling without gravity filtration.
