It is produced from Montepulciano grapes harvested from vineyards that are over forty years old. The wine is produced by Nicodemi, a company that has fully embraced a green policy. Known not only for its adoption of organic farming systems and production methods but also for its use of environmentally friendly equipment such as photovoltaic panels that allow it to meet the energy needs of the entire production cycle.
