Nicodemi is an eco-sustainable company that follows the dictates of organic farming in the vineyard and does not disdain the use of avant-garde techniques and equipment, such as a photovoltaic system. This equipment can satisfy the production cycle's entire energy requirements, supporting the environment and especially in the production process.

The credit for this is due to Elena and Alessandro Nicodemi, two siblings who, since the new millennium, have been running the winery inherited from their father, Bruno, with the right passion.
