Aromatic still white wine, 14.5% ABV, produced by Hofstatter in Trentino-Alto Adige. 0.75 L bottle, 2022 vintage. A Gewürztraminer Riserva that expresses the elegance of the grape variety and terroir. Made with 100% Gewürztraminer Aromatico grapes from gravelly, Dolomite vineyards. Matured in stainless steel with batonage. Awarded 5 stars by the Italian Sommelier Foundation (FIS) guide and 94/100 by Vinous. Fresh and elegant on the palate, with remarkable lightness and precision. Ideal as an aperitif, with shellfish, Asian cuisine, fish, cheeses, poultry, white fish, and spicy dishes.
