Description
Alto Adige DOC still white wine, 13.5% ABV, produced by Girlan, 100% Pinot Grigio. 0.75 L bottle, 2024 vintage. A Pinot Grigio born from the passion and dedication of a historic winery, founded in 1923. The production soil is rich in minerals, formed from Ice Age sediments. The grapes are harvested by hand and placed in small containers for transport to the winery. Gentle pressing and racking by natural sedimentation of the must. Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel vats. Aged on the lees in stainless steel tanks. A fresh and fruity wine, perfect for pairing with aperitifs and light dishes.
