Description
Classic method brut sparkling wine from Trentino DOC, 12.5% ABV, produced by Endrizzi. 100% Chardonnay, 2021 vintage. A Trento DOC that celebrates the history of a winery founded in 1885, a tribute to the Trentino sparkling wine tradition. The bunches, thinned, are harvested by hand to ensure their integrity until pressing. The soft pressing of the whole bunches occurs quickly to avoid any type of maceration. The first fermentation is carried out cold in steel tanks. The method used for secondary fermentation in the bottle is the classic Trentodoc method. Maturation on the lees lasts at least 24 months to preserve the original wine's fragrance. The dosage is minimal, so as not to alter the characteristics naturally conferred by the highly favorable environmental factors, the second fermentation, and particularly meticulous artisanal production. The perlage is fine and elegant, minute and continuous. The aroma is intense, varietal, with subtle hints of green apple that give it a particularly finesse. Pale straw color with greenish highlights. Savory and salty on the palate, yet lively and elegant.

Ecological sustainability with respect to the terrain and the cultivation techniques, this is the key to the production of wholesome and award-winning wines.
Furthermore, San Michele is a sheltered village on the south side of the Alps, where the mild Mediterranean climate and the cooler continental climate meet. Thermal excursions and the regular breeze from Lake Garda foster healthy grapes and stimulate the development of those aromatic elements, which serve as a basis for the refinement and the pleasantness of the wines by Endrizzi, one of the oldest wineries of Trentino.
