From this winery
AMI is an adventure: the ambition to create an attractive, brilliant, warm and meaningful wine... nourished by a simple generosity. We worked together in the same field for 2 years. When one of them left to learn how to make Mediterranean wines, the other one staying in Burgundy, we wanted to continue working together. Our estate was born from the desire to keep our friendship alive.
