Description
A still white wine from Sardinia, produced by Contini. A blend of Vermentino and Vernaccia di Oristano. 0.75L bottle. A wine that celebrates the Sardinian winemaking tradition, with grapes grown in a unique and fascinating territory. A name and a number define our company and mark the horizon of our history. We are proud to be the first and oldest winery in Sardinia, a distinction we owe entirely to our founder, Salvatore Contini, and his wife, Anna Maria Dessì. Today, the company produces a full range of wines, serving both Italian and international markets. In 2022, the new Contini winery was inaugurated, a renovation of the premises designed to project us into the future and become a hub of experiences, a meeting place, and a destination to be discovered. Made without the skins, with soft pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel. Aged in stainless steel or glass-lined concrete tanks, along with its lees, with periodic batonnage. A few months in the bottle. Delicate yet persistent, with pleasant fruity notes. Intense and persistent, fruity and floral. Straw yellow, even deep, brilliant. Soft, full-bodied, with a good balance between taste and aroma. Savory and persistent.
