Began with two hectares of vineyards in 1979, the passion of Floriano Cinti for wine and the hills of Bologna led to the current wine business and hospitality.

The Company currently has ten employees: about half in the cellar, with the external support of oenologist Giovanni Fraulini and seasonal workers in the harvest time - still strictly carried out by hand - and half in the restaurant and farm L'Isola del Sasso.
