Description
What kind of wine is it
Vigne Alto Adige Pinot Bianco is a still white wine with a fresh and balanced profile. To the eye, it appears a bright yellow with delicate greenish highlights. On the nose, it offers a floral and fruity bouquet, which precedes a dry, full and velvety sip. The palate is supported by an elegant body and lively acidity. Ideal paired with starters, first courses and risottos, it best enhances dishes based on fish, mushrooms, asparagus, eggs and cheese. It is recommended to serve at a temperature between 8 and 10°C.
Where does it come from
This Pinot Bianco originates in Alto Adige, a region renowned for precision viticulture. The vineyards, cultivated using the Guyot system, are located between 420 and 800 metres above sea level, an ideal altitude to ensure the wine's innate freshness. The vines take root in warm alluvial soils, deep and fertile, rich in porphyritic sediments. These particular pedoclimatic conditions ensure regular ripening of the grapes, giving the glass a distinct territorial character.
How is it produced
Production begins in mid-September with the harvest, followed by gentle processing and pressing to preserve the aromatic integrity of the Pinot Bianco. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature, maintaining the character of the grape variety and the harmony between structure and acidity. This is followed by maturation on fine lees in stainless steel tanks, which imparts roundness and depth without weighing down the palate. The absence of malolactic fermentation ensures a final profile marked by cleanliness, verticality and elegance.
