Description
Biodynamic Extra Brut Champagne, 12% ABV, produced by Franck Pascal, 2013 vintage. Blend: 78% Pinot Meunier, 20% Pinot Noir, 2% Chardonnay. A Champagne that embodies the purity and authenticity of biodynamics, with extraordinary minerality and unparalleled elegance. Aged for 48 months on the lees. The aromatic nose expresses an extraordinarily concentrated minerality with predominantly calcareous notes. Aromas of white fruit blend with notes of peach. Bright straw yellow in color, it opens quickly and envelops with the freshness and deliciousness of red fruits. The palate is generous and free-flowing, flowing pleasantly and sparklingly.
