Description
Extra Brut Champagne, biodynamic method, produced by Franck Pascal in the Champagne region of France. 2010 vintage, 0.75 liter bottle. A wine that expresses the purity of the terroir through biodynamics. The aromatic nose expresses an extraordinarily concentrated minerality with predominantly calcareous notes. Aromas of white fruit blend with hints of peach. Bright straw yellow in color, it opens quickly and envelops with the freshness and deliciousness of red fruits. The palate is generous and free-flowing, flowing pleasantly and sparklingly.
