Still organic white wine, 13% ABV, produced by Domaine Pattes Loup in Burgundy, France. 0.75 L bottle, 2020 vintage. A Chablis 1er Cru Butteaux that embodies the essence of the Burgundian terroir. Made with 100% Chardonnay grapes, vinified through spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, minimal sulfites, and no filtration. Exuberant and floral, it features remarkable aromatics and dense, rich fruit. The lively saline notes give it energy, tension, and structure. Serve at 12-14°C, ideal with fish, cheeses, and poultry.

My passion for the profession of winegrower, my curiosity and my desire to respect the environment and the health of my family and friends were determining factors in my decision. The organic cultivation of my vines became an obvious choice.
In 2004, I returned to the family estate of Bois d'Yver and took over 8 hectares which I converted to organic farming (ECOCERT). I then created my own estate, the "Pattes Loup" estate.
