Description
Still white wine from Burgundy, 11.5% ABV, produced by Domaine Henri Naudin-Ferrand. 100% Aligoté, 0.75 L bottle, 2020 vintage. An Aligoté that embodies the philosophy of Claire Naudin, who took over the estate in 1994, focusing on sustainable winemaking and a return to traditional methods. Fermented entirely in enameled or stainless steel vats to preserve freshness. Aged briefly (8 months) on the lees, without stirring. An intense nose of white and exotic fruit precedes a rounded, rich, and easy palate—an Aligoté for all palates.
