Description
Still organic white wine produced by Cavallotto in Piedmont. Made from native white grapes, 2023 vintage. A wine born from the passion of the Cavallotto family, who have cultivated the Bricco Boschis vineyards in the heart of Barolo since 1928. Vinification at low temperatures for 20-30 days, with delestage on the lees for 9-2 months and daily batonnage. Aged in bottle for 3 months. Great structure and minerality with intense aromas of tropical fruit and, with aging, floral notes. Despite being a young and fresh wine, this wine has exceptional aging potential.
