Description
A still red from the heart of Tuscany, a 2016 Brunello di Montalcino DOCG produced by San Felice. A wine that embodies the elegance of Sangiovese, aged for 36 months in Slavonian oak barrels and 12 months in bottle. Elegant aromas of blackberries and cherries, moist earth, violets, myrtle, and leather, a bouquet that foreshadows a powerful palate, tight tannins, and a refined acidic finish. A beautifully structured wine, perfect for pairing with red meats, game, and aged cheeses.
