Description
Still organic white wine from Friuli-Venezia Giulia, 12.5% ABV, produced by Ronco delle Betulle. 100% Ribolla Gialla. 0.75L bottle, 2022 vintage. A wine born from a family's passion for the land and tradition, with a history dating back to 1068, when monks began cultivating vines in these hills. Fruity aromas on the nose, accompanied by mineral notes evoking the terroir of origin. A straw-yellow color that previews the freshness and savory character found on the palate. A pleasant, fresh, and savory wine, perfect for pairing with light dishes and aperitifs.

A leading wine producer from the Eastern hills of Friuli, Ronco delle Betulle spans approximately 17 hectares of land in the Rosazzo area, currently producing 70.000 bottles a year.
From the 90s onwards, the winery has been rationalized, evolved and extended by his daughter Ivana in a conscious and consistent way, between ancient gestures and modern processes, experimentation and respect for the past.
Today, her son Simone also works alongside Ivana: Ronco delle Betulle can thus continue its path of innovation while respecting nature and what the past has been able to teach. Read more
