Description
A still white wine from Puglia, produced by Pasqua Vigneti e Cantine, 12.5% ABV, 2024 vintage. A blend of Chardonnay and Fiano that expresses the innovation and creativity of the Pasqua family, who founded the winery in 1925. Cold maceration followed by fermentation at 12°C (54°F), the wine remains on the lees for two months before bottling. On the nose, it offers aromatic notes of white peach and apricot with notes of orange peel, a bouquet that foreshadows the wine's freshness and elegance. On the palate, it presents vibrant acidity and delicate aromas of stone fruit, making it the perfect accompaniment to light dishes and aperitifs.
