Still white IGT Mitterberg Weiss Trias, 13.5% ABV, produced by Niedrist Ignaz in Trentino-Alto Adige. A wine born from the passion of a family with nearly 200 years of winemaking history. A blend of Chardonnay, Incrocio Manzoni 1.50, Petit Manseng, and Pinot Grigio that blend in unique harmony. Aged for 8 months on the lees. A wine that tells the story of a land and a family.

From this winery
Grandfather Josef Niedrist practiced great efficiency when producing and selling wines. In the early 1920s however, both political circumstances and the operational arrangements of our farm changed abruptly.
Alto Adige had become part of Italy as a result of the Treaty of Versailles (1919) and Grandfather died young in 1922.
His wife Antonia managed to keep the farm alive during the troublesome years between the wars; she was forced to stop on-site wine production. Read more
