Description
Still organic white wine, Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico Superiore, 12.5% ABV, produced by La Staffa in the Marche region. 0.75 L bottle, 2024 vintage. A Verdicchio that embodies the essence of the Marche region, with a winemaking process that respects the nature and identity of the grape variety. Soft pressing, static decantation of the must, fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel and cement vats. Aged in cement vats for 3 months. The aromatic palette opens with characteristic varietal sensations of yellow peach pulp and fresh stone, flowering broom shrub, mallow and thyme, cereals, and vibrant salty notes. Golden in color with greenish highlights. The palate is characterized by an intense fresh-savory synergy, in whose wake the retro-olfactory returns flow, in excellent harmony and with a long persistence.
