Description
In Sicily, this grape variety has spread considerably since the mid-1990s. The best productions are undoubtedly obtained from vineyards located at 400 metres above sea level and above. The fresh version, vinified in steel, is by far the most prevalent among Sicilian producers, a choice also shared by Our Winery.
