A Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru that expresses the excellence of the Aÿ terroir, with a winemaking process that respects nature and the terroir. Spontaneous fermentation is planned. No filtration or aging. In wood (30%) and stainless steel. Fine perlage. Fruity aromas on the nose, accompanied by citrus notes and mineral nuances. Straw yellow with golden reflections. On the palate, the wine is fresh, balanced, and long-lasting, a unique sensory experience.
