Description

The rediscovery of Timorasso has as its cornerstone the extreme research in the vineyard with the aim of obtaining intact and highly concentrated grapes. This choice is mandatory in this grape has always been difficult to manage, must be treated with special care as regards the management of vegetation and the yield per plant.
The Timorasso can give amazing potential and is rich in aromatic norisoprenoids or perfumes that are already in the grapes but which are expressed in their entirety in white wines age. The great structure and acidity to exalt important mineral tones in the unusual Italian whites.

The company was founded in 1920 by great-grandfather Bepi, and continued its progress with grandfather Salvatore and father Oreste.

In the 90's Claudio, with the help of his brother Mauro and his mother Piera, gives continuity to the tradition and passion for the land and wine handed down by his "elders".

The decision to focus decisively on Barbera and Timorasso is a message that speaks of the importance of quality and an increasingly strong territory. Other varieties cultivated are Cortese, Freisa, Moscato, Dolcetto and Croatina, from which great satisfaction is expected.

A visit to the company allows us to admire the panorama offered by the Colli Tortonesi and a tasting of our wines from the various vintages.
